Community Educator

The Community Educator will be responsible for coordinating and implementing prevention education programs to increase awareness of child abuse and other threats to child safety in our community. The program’s goal is to raise awareness of the prevalence and consequences of child abuse by educating the community, including school age children, about the steps they can take to recognize and prevent child abuse. Salary Range: $45,760 - $48,000.

Fall Semester Events Intern

The Events Intern will work directly with Bivona Child Advocacy Center’s Development Team to research corporate prospects, solicit in-kind gifts, and assist with event logistics, community outreach opportunities, and volunteer coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and motivated individual to develop skills in nonprofit development work and learn about child advocacy.

Mental Health Therapist

The Mental Health Therapist is responsible for providing evidence-informed, trauma-specific treatment to children who have experienced trauma. The Mental Health Therapist assesses and tracks the effectiveness of the treatment provided through the use of standardized measures pre and post treatment. Salary Range: $55,000 - $62,000.
